Can you ban Conqueror + Resolve combo?

They take the broken keystone and take two runes from the broken Resolve tree. Why is always Conqueror + Resolve? Why I never see PTA/Lethal Tempo/Fleet Footwork + Resolve?

Because Conqueror is supposed to be the bruiser keystone, a type of champion who wants defense on top of their damage potential.

Meanwhile the other options in Precision are suited for carry type champions, mostly different types of ADCs, which prefer to use their secondary tree to get additional damage than getting defense, since they would blow up in a second anyway.

Oh, in that case could we ban Comet + Inspiration? And PTA + Domination? Or even better, make all the runes random?
