Patches are supposed to fix issues.. not cause them

sure there are patches that fix one or two thing but then they break like 7 more things

the last patch they actually did a FLAT good patch was 8.16

and before that... i would have to go back over a year to find one

but even after 8.16 they just change more thing that didn't need to be changed

they broken more champs and addressed none (and yeah im not counting that Garen placebo nerf as an actual nerf, as that did absolutely nothing to change anything)

i don't understand riot makes ONE amazing patch in 8.16 that partially restores faith in the balance team and then.. BOOM back to breaking stuff. like why.

i don't understand.

they clearly CAN make a good patch. for nearly three years i didn't even think it was possible for them to do that

then they finally do.. and they they just go back to breaking stuff. i really don't understand are there different people in charge of different patches... wtf is going on. what is going on with the process..

like why on earth would u touch Rengar MasterYi Kayn Kassadin or by god Irelia Fiora ???? like wtf happened that patch?

like WHY ON EARTH??? NONE OF THOSE CHANGES were even SANE let alone necessary.

and the one champ that NEEDED to be addressed which was Garen , was breezed over so laughably, it basally feels like your mocking us.

like "hey garen early game is way too strong.. he becomes and untoppable monster" lets nerf his lategame.. becuase that is going to do... WHAT EXACTLY??? PLEASE TELL ME WTF THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO DO BECUASE I REALLY DON'T KNOW

Patches have always been 'here fix this bug. create 5 more' 'tiny change to one champ. make 20 more useless.' We want to make games last longer. Nerf some early game stuff... then side buff everyone that ever uses it creating no change at all.

a) q max is meta on garen, not spin max. so except for lvl 1, his early game was nerfed. his q is usually maxed out by lvl 9. the damage nerf comes to effect at lvl 3 or 4, which is still early game.

b) garen didnt need a nerf anyways, despite being strong, as his strength was a result of the current meta. people just played a lot of champions and teamcomps that favoured him

even when champions like Annie Ashe Orianna Karma and tanks were generally weak and had a low winrate, has one of you bonobos considered picking them anyways, because theyre still strong against a team with a garen? yes, against most other teamcomps theyre probably going to fail, even when they have a 40% winrate against those, theyre still going to be extremely strong against a team with a jugger like garen.

c) riot doesnt buff or nerf for low mmr solo que. so what most of the ranked population might consider strong, because they suck at this game, isnt neccessarily actually strong.

d) 8.19 is the worlds patch. riot currently buffs and nerfs for what is weak or strong in organized competitive play. champion balance looks entirely different even compared to the highest levels of solo que play, without a communication barrier.

champions like Shen or Sejuani that are trash in solo que, can be extremely powerful in a team that can coordinate their ults and macro play in real time.

ok since you main garen are are obviously very good at him, it is likely hard for you to se4e how OP he is at the moment because u always carry with him anyways.

that being said... he really DOES need nerfs. he need to lose at least 1% more winrate
