Black cleaver stacking

OI m8s,

curious about an item mechanic I'm unsure about.

If 2 teammates have a black cleaver and target the same enemy, well that enemy lose 50% of his armor (adding stacks of black cleaver) or will the stacks max out at 5 (25%) but faster? I.e. Gnar and Olaf both have black cleaver and hit Mundo, Gnar lands 3 attacks and Olaf lands 2, does that get 5 stacks on Mundo.

Any thoughts?
