Looks like its going through with just a 3% nerf to its scaling.
Can you at least Increase the cd? (Current cd per level 90/75/60) The ability is too powerful with the new effect to have just a 60 second cd at max level.

Its giving lee sin players incentive to not ult carries anymore because they can just hit the tanks into them. How is a damage increase for peeling? does that make any sense? lol
18% of free damage from bonus HP is a lot if he uses it on a tank, don't shrug it off like its nothing.

Lol you aren't very bright are you? He currently can use his ult to peel. Why give it a damage buff if it isn't for doing damage? This buff is over the top. No, I'm not retarded but I can't say the same for you. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see, giving him free damage isn't okay.

Since most of this is physical and people will have 130-200 armour it won't be that big of a deal.
