I just smashed the keyboard in rage because this is getting stupid.

Smurfs open admit in chat and nothing happens. The player that faces a smurfs and gets raped gets tons of toxicity thrown at him EVEN THOUGH IS NOT HIS FAULT RIOT IS NOT PUNISHING SMURFS.

Like this the whole day is ruined for 5 players that will feel tense and probably toxic in their next games because they had to fking face a smurf on broken champions like Vayne that Riot refuses to fix. Champions that if they get ahead is a shitfest of a game

Riot will never punish smurfs. If anything, they'll reward them so that they keep playing. Riot only cares about their bottom dollar and high elo play.

I know it's an old thing to say, but it's honestly how I feel, otherwise there's a host of shit that would be different down here in the depths of elo hell.
