Why do players like this still have their accounts? I played against this person over a month ago when I noticed they were suddenly getting mad fed on Katarina and switched their default flash key from D to F and reported them.
I guess the report system does nothing :^)

Violet Fields1 votesWell 4 of them are supports so they aren't suppose to get CS and the other two are junglers which don't usually have the same CS as laners, even though that's pretty terrible, I can't see their rank. You also forget the fact that some people are one tricks, like I was last season where ALL I could play was Veigar, and whenever I was put top I could ONLY play Kennen which wasn't as good as my Veigar.
After looking this over a little bit, however, the original person was probably a "support main" and you know the rest. The problem with Riot banning them is the don't have any solid proof of people boosting besides the IP address constantly changing, but they're never gonna look that over, but it could still be fool proof by having the original person not play AT ALL while the other person across the country/world plays where this "could" be simulated as the person moving to the other side of the country.
Naalith1 votesHe might not be boosting. I had over an 85% winrate on Kayn until I hit Gold 1 or so, and even now after getting into Platinum I'm still sitting at like 69% on him. There's a bunch of people like me who absolutely hate playing ranked and avoid it at all costs, but when they finally start they rank up super fast and I've been on 20+ game win streaks before. Unless this is a Diamond 1 or above player, high winrates don't mean they're boosting, it just means they haven't reached their appropriate rank yet.

dangopee2 votesSummoner key change dead giveaway. No one just randomly changes which keys they bind their summoners to. This guy also plays nothing but tanky supporty "carry me" champions then suddenly starts dominating with a carry.
