What if Azir could have ascend fallen towers and control them as his soldiers?
His passive would allow him to make fallen towers into walking stone colossus that would walk and attack in AOE style like 
q. He could even command them to attack like he does with his soldiers.
Then he would be the ultimate puppet master champ.
