MF is a mess

I would love an update for her because she really has very little sense of cohesion in her kit, and too much of her power is tied to situations that get very hard to pull off.

The most frustrating part is that she's not like other low cohesion champions and really boring. MF is fun and its really satisfying to pop off with her, with good passive use, landing the double Qs and wrecking a team with her R. But there's 2 major issues I think she has whenever I play her;

1. way too much power in her ult that is incredibly hard to use realistically;
2. Love Taps is a cool gimmick but she can't really utilize it to its fullest with her current kit.

I only really have an idea for the second issue, where her W could turn into a dash around the target that Love Taps has last applied to, in a 180 radius from where MF is standing. Its kind of like Kai'sa ult but she can't go behind them, only to their sides or back/towards them. Keep the CDR on more love tap procs, which helps spec her as being more lane bully/team fight skirmisher rather than duelist since she can't spam it without lots of targets to hit.

I think something like this would help make her kit come together a little more since she could rapidly reposition for lots of passive procs and could help her set up good ults in the midst of a fight, now that she can actually out play opponents (provided she has hit them first, so she's still incredibly vulnerable to assassins).
