Considering both in ranked and the LCS,Viktor is a pretty contested pick
He has a lot going for him -Immense waveclear -Massive burst -Some poke -Can Kite with the Q speed boost -Can zone targets with W and R
and correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't Viktor's ult still do a split second silence?

Viktor is balanced, those are just his offensive abilities. He's an easy target for ganks, he doesn't really have any defense.

W is less then reliable to stop ganks. Q is a tiny shield early game.

considering he is still a decent LCS pick i wouldn't be surprised if he got nerfs on patch 6.16
