I guess the common knowledge of "DON'T CHASE THE SINGED!" Is still lost on some people
I have honestly no clue why this is downvoted.
Singed is too strong atm with too less oportunities to fight back.
I love Singed myself, Tier 6 and probably the best Melee on me, and even i have to agree the enemy has no change in hell to defend himself when you R+
around him with 
flinging him behind you the second he tries to flee.
is singlehandingly being hold hostage in its state by Singed, buffing the item decent on other APs breaks him complitly, nerfing it kills him complitly. I could say the same about

Yes, I Lmao when the enemy gets stuck behind me slowly dying, just walking to their tower, but in my cloud. But i also pitty them, as i KNOW they cant do anything against it since even if they flash here i simply E them back into Rylais frozen Poison hell.
Tl.Dr. As a Tier 6 Singed Lover i can´t believe this Thread is downvoted since its true Singed needs a Nerf at this Point.
Singed is garbage. Legit all he does his farm top lane in an annoying fashion, let him proxy group with your team and it's gg.
