Mysticman891 votesI'm pretty sure riot has acknowledged yi as one of those champs that are really hard to balance across elos, and are more or less ok with his situation for now until they can do more significant work to him.
He stomps over low elo pretty effectively already, so buffs to make him more viable in high elo would make him an uinstoppable monster at lower ones.
That said, isn't there at least one well known yi main who players him even in master games, so people can force him to work apparently.

Zelorxon1 votesFriendly reminder that they nerfed shyvana on purpose and announced those were buffs, most of the rioters are legitimately boosted and there are some champions that right now have surpassed the limit of "suboptimal" and are literally unplayable, also they're cutting off several playstyles just because they woke up moody that day, which will never happen as people will eventually find ways to play around that, and this is exactly what they want because this way the can keep the game """"fresh"""" and the players occupied after they get sick and tired of playing with and against retards, only to see the enemy 5 retards win because the 4 retards on your side were better than theirs.
