solution to ranged top lanes (vayne/neeko)

make a barrier that only melee champions can pass through that covers a good amount of top lane for the 1st 8-15 minutes of the game. This would make top lane the intended experience it was meant to be and players want it to be.

Is that account permabanned yet or did they lift your ID ban?

Or ban them if you are seeing them more and struggle on vs.match. Teleport is better for roaming or if you are behind to tp in for a wave. You can always alter your runes on a vs.vs scenario
