Its ranged (375.) It Has low cds (90/75/60.) Its a knock up that can stun multiple target. Its does aoe damage. Its a click target spell with high base damage (200/400/600), high scaling(200%), and also does 12/15/18% bonus health as damage.

His Q,W,E is already stacked, why does his ult needs to be even more stacked?

Suggestions

  • Increase his ult's cd to 120/100/90.
  • Make it a skill shot since you want more LCS plays for lee. ( cough, Giving him bonus health damage when he didn't need it. cough)
  • Remove his ward jumping
  • Make him an actual blind champion. ( RekSai's burrow vision.)
  • Nerf his scaling.

im fairly sure that 18% bonus health damage does not apply to your target, it only applies to things you hit with your target

so your goal is to kick their tank into their team
