What if his rework gave him some sort of Echoing ability with his Q with maybe a fear or something? Metal does have a loud and bone chilling echo when 2 large pieces are hit together.

Also, what if he had this constant storm of metal shards surrounding him that he could condense to give him a shield but lose damage briefly?

Honestly, as cool as a fear would be it's counter intuitive to his design as a Juggernaut who wants to get close/stay close to the enemy.

I'm all for heavy and AoE-like abilities though.
