Any tips on how to counter her? I know she is new and all and it might not be so easy to find counters for her, but she is just honestly so bad to vs. With mobility, damage, defence AND a trap, I'm finding it really hard to counter her. As Zed, her shield just denies all my damage and even if I try to W away from her, she can just use that mobility spell to get to me. You also can't use a shadow to get out of her ultimate which is just really annoying. So anyone got any tips on how to counter her at the moment?

Get out of your comfort zone and play an equally aggressive dps toplaner.

Riven is a great counter, so is yasuo.

avoid her jump and she'll be so out of position that she'll wish her legs where real ._.

Almost all of my top lane Champs own her. Riven, Wukong, Lee Sin, Poppy, Darius, Trundle, Tryndamere, Volibear, Nautilus, Diana, Ekko, Pantheon, Sion, Sej, Malphite, SHEN, Illaoi, etc etc etc. The only thing she has going for her is the E stun which is extremely telegraphed. Her shield lasts 1.5 seconds, it's risky, but she always retreats after her EQ trade, save your abilities and punish her.

Emphasis on SHEN and Alistar!

Just play a juggernaut. You do more damage than her and you're tankier. Yorick, Darius, Illaoi, Garen. Or any mostly high damage tank. Sion, Trundle, there's a lot of option. By definition her kit will be good against squishies or low damage tanks.
