Evelyn's Perma Stealth
To me, it is the single most powerful ability in the game, it's so ridiculously strong. Riot for the most part refuses for her to ever be dominant and repeatedly nerfs her because of it. She has SOOOOO Much map pressure with it, that no matter what your always in fear of where Evelyn is.
Yes you can pink ward, or place wards by her wolfs or something. But she still has pressure when she's not in the those area's as, thats very little of the actual map.
Could we give Evelyn , a rework like the Size of Fiora, and maybe change the stealth to be an active like Shaco's or something, so she doesn't have to be kept at shit tier, just for Riot to let her exist as a Champion in League.
