I know Vlad/Gnar/Teemo or really any ranged top can (but that's nothing new since ranged > melee in this game)

Cain the Enabler1 votesHonestly Voli's lane phase is really good right now. If he picks up ignite he will most likely win lane or snowball. He's like Darius in this regard. Solution just dont die to him in lane.

The blind pretty much stops such an Auto attack reliant champion, and then he has his kiting potential.
Lastly, if you pick up a Liandry's you'll burn through Voli, assuming he's building health like most due.

Neither of us were particularly ahead/behind until late game, but I couldn't do shit against him.
