What im suppoted to do to prevent my team to stop dying?

Im inches away to fucking tilt into space from what kind of idiots this game keeps to give me.

I know this subject is being talked alot but i want to get a clear answer or advice how im supposted to prevent my team from throwing the game?

I ask to not fight but they fight outnubmered or against baron boosted enemies.

I ask to not get caught cause we got no vision but they get caught every time and we have to fight 4v5 for baron/dragon.

I ping/ask to back off cause enemies are about to spawn with homeguards but they stay with half hp and obviously.. die.

They go rambo and die outnumbered, they die cause they overstay, they think they can fight whole team cause we are 5 kills ahead.

They die, die, and die..

And then they die once more to make sure they died already.

Just holy shit..

So i ask: WHAT IS THE MOST EFFECTIVE WAYT TO TELL YOUR TEAM TO STOP DYING?
