Cleanse worth taking on Aatrox?

Since his job is to dive to the enemy team and do as much damage as possible while sustaining with his heal, would flash/cleanse be viable on him? If he were jungling, would cleanse/smite be a viable pick similar to how shaco goes ignite/smite?

I mean, you can always build QSS on him, and it's still a pretty awesome item on him. But I was just wondering if cleanse were a decent alternative.
