Why is Jhin allowed to be so broken?

Having a whole Assassin's combo loaded into 1 auto attack takes a ton of skill to pull off. Gotta squeeze in them mlg 360 no scope insane playz as well.

you ever tried getting into his personal space as literally anyone that does damage? he deflates almost instantly with his low aa range and poor mobility, and his only peel tool requires hitting you first and then standing still for a good half second to charge up the snare assuming he manages to land that teensy skillshot.

who knows waiting for Riot to nerf something meaningful about him, because currently he has far too many strengths for other ADCs to shine, and his intended weaknesses might as well not exist at all
