are you seriously nerfing azir again?

he rarely sees play aside from high level competitive play. and you're taking the knockup AND shield out of his e, removing his attack speed through CDR passive, AND NERFING HIS Q DAMAGE AGAIN. why do you do this riot? seriously. why?

there are so many more champions that are problems right now, and you hit AZIR. he didn't need his first wave of nerfs and he doesn't need these. but thanks riot.

now i definitely don't ever want to play azir again.
