Annie needs MS reduction

I just played an ARAM game as with and had as far as MS items go.

Her movement speed was higher than mines tho. I checked her info and she didn't have runes for MS. Why is this allowed?

I'm ok with Annie's state as a mid laner. I find it fine.

I'm annoyed by her "support" state because of the amount of burst/cc she has (which burst and massive cc has no reason to be on a support)

I'm insanely irritated by something as small as her MS tho. Her zoning potential with all the MS she gets is retarded. TF got his PaC nerfed because they didn't like him zoning people so hard. Meanwhile Annie's allowed to zone anybody in mid lane (which is alright since she loses out on being able to cs with abilities) but zoning in bot lane is pure BS.

and just an FYI I didn't lose the game so im not crying because "I lost a game to annie" i'm annoyed by her being able to have higher MS with less MS items than TF

You are mistaken. Annie's base MS is only 5 higher than TF's

Assuming no disparity in runes and masteries, with the listed items, TF would have more MS than Annie.

Anyway, Annie is already one of the lowest ranking in the game for range+mobility (I would argue that only Darius and Taric rank lower). Every other champ either has a mobility skill or a long range skill.
