She has been nerfed and is probably being nerfed again, she was too strong at release and now people want her beat into an abysmal pick.

She's beyond broken, that's why. Riot has yet to significantly nerf her -- they just keep doing lovetaps like they do to fucking Vayne.

If said counterplay is "go nowhere near her" or "CC lock her until she's dead..." that's not really counterplay.

When was she strong at release? He had the worst winrate in every role she was played. She got strong after the first buff. Then she was broken as shit.
