This may or may not be too much, but with the release of Jhin and seeing how his kit performs, it just seems like a wet dream for Caitlyn. Especially his ult, which makes Ace in the Hole look inferior in so many ways other than being a point and click. So I figured, why can't Ace in the Hole proc on-hit effects, or have the ability to crit, or both? I mean, I don't think Caitlyn's weak or anything, but I feel like her ult has felt lackluster in most scenario cases, unless the target's alone and low. But like I said, this may or not may be too much.

Have you played him? Personally I can't land his ult for shit when someone knows it's coming. It may seem more powerful than Cait's Ace in the Hole but don't forget it's got a 1 second delay between each shot and it's a skillshot. The projectile is also not too fast, one can easily dodge out of the way after Jhin fires from about mid-range. I think crits both of these suggestions would cause trouble, Cait's ult is a finishing tool for when your enemy is fleeing at low health. Jhin's is a more utility based ult, balanced out by his complete lack of mobility and situational burst.
