There needs to be an interaction with expunging 6 stacked enemies.

If he expunges a full stacked enemy, the poison damage against that enemy will increase my 30% and enemies that are standing around that infected ally will also receive 1 deadly venom every .5 seconds

They should replace his W with a bite that gives Tetanus to the enemy, doing 25% max health as true damage each second for 4 seconds.

I prefer if they just change the true damage from his passive and make it do AD damage and scale it with his base AD including bonus AD all together as appropriate.
