Ivern+Rylai's interaction question
Ivern's E apply's a 70% slow so if he get's rylai's(yes it does magic damage), doesn't that mean he'll add 40% on top of it and slow his opponent by 100%? Isn't that basically a stun.

Anti Hero Agam1 votesNo. It would stay as a 70% slow. Once the 70% wears off, you can chain the 40% slow with another ability. If the 40% slow is applied, it would be replaced with the 70% immediately.
