Well there is Urgot, who says this to Illaoi: "Please, tell me about your religion (last word in ridiculing tone)." Though too bad for Urgot, the God she worships is actually real in League's universe lol.

Similarly, Urgot has other insulting lines towards a wide range of champions, mocking their themes and such. So he kinda takes the cake here.

Then again, there's also Xayah who basically calls certain other Vastayans as race-traitors, which is you know, pretty "disrespectful", if not just insulting.
