I don't think you get the point tho. Riot has been pretty open with how they balanced Azir around him having to buy Nashors.
There is no good reason they should have removed Sword of the Occult or Zephyr if that is their reasoning.

Riot has far more employees than they know what to do with and a large portion of them are not involved in game balancing. As a result, they will at times say inaccurate stuff like azir was being balanced around Nashors when Morellonomicon was built far more on azir than Nashors.
You can't just trust anything and everything you read on the internet. You have to actually think for yourself sometimes.
