Simply I want riot to expand on the role Eye of Twilight.

Who appointed this role onto shen? What secrets or truth does this role behold and for how many years has it existed? Does his power come from the stars in space? How did it all originated? Is there some type of all-knowing entity that is connected to shen? Is there chance for a Theme and lore Revamp? Do you like waffles?

I know what guinsoo was trying to do when making shen, (Google Search his name and you'll know too) but it was gated by the technology of his time, can we hopefully see a Sion level Rework? shen has waay too much potential.
