The Hextech crafting page needs more information on it

Gems can appear as a result from crafting? What kind of crafting does that mean? What are the odds of it happening? No one has reported seeing a gem from anything but a chest drop so it seems like that feature was removed after the crafting page was finalized.

What are the key drop rates? We have had to sift through red posts to find out that fragment drop rates decrease as more keys drop and this resets each month, but that only brings up the following questions How much does the droprate reduce? How many games will I need to play in a month on average to be able to open my 4 chests? What qualifies as a month? Does that literally mean the first of the month or 30-31 day periods since my first key drop? We also had to wait for a red post to leak that there might be some kind of key fragment drop limit. Can the key drop rate actually fall to 0% if you get too many drops in a month? Is it even possible to get enough key fragments to open all our chests? The rioter seemed to imply that you could only barely get enough keys for all four of your chests. Does that mean that missing the key drop cap for a month means you'll be stuck with a chest that you'll never be able to open without spending RP?

Yeah, I have literally no idea how to get chests. 5 games at least on teammate got an S- and i didn't earn a single chest

This is a part of the system that we understand pretty well at this point.

To get a chest to drop You need to make sure...

  1. You own the champion you are playing, if you can only play them due to the free rotation then it won't count
  2. You have chest drops remaining according to the client
  3. You haven't yet earned a chest on that champion
  4. You or someone in your premade earns an S- or better. They have to be in your party before you actually queue up, not just random other players that get added in champ select.

I've found that chest drops are actually really easy to get if you can get into some 5 man premade games since that multiplies your odds of someone getting an S by 5, even higher when you notice someone on your team is carrying and you just make an effort to help them out. If you don't have a group of friends to play with, you can look in the LFG chat channel for players. Grabbing 5 randoms out of that channel isn't much different from five players found due to matchmaking but you have MUCH better odds at getting a chest drop.

A shard? Then if you don't want him you can turn him into some essence or save him to reroll into a random permanent. A permanent? Then on the bright side, Urgot will no longer be part of your pool for random rerolls, you can only get him once!
