What is different now is that she is not able to oneshot you in under a second. If you want this version of her back, okay, it was way easier!

If Lb actually gets up to your face and stays there for 1.5sec, getting rewarded with a snare is fine by me. If she stays on range with her snare, flash actually is enough to breake it. Or you could just avoid the skillshot...
Complains about LB because of her damage(especially early) or mobillity or waveclear, fine, but her chains? Seriously? No one complained about that befor her rework, and back then they were the same exept they even did slow back then, but everyone was fine with that, because it ment she stays somewhat close for 1.5sec instead of instantly getting away, giving you some window to fight her.

Michael Sykes2 votesit is not only about breaking those chains. You can try to dodge them, or even better, retaliate. Any midlaner would be able to do that. Even a Fizz could engage on you during those 1.5 seconds.

sit kid1 votesThe new leblanc has created some issues in terms of laning phase in my opinion, so you actually can't do as much against her chains as possible. You have 2 options, and both have downsides
