Can Runeglaive please be changed to include some of the following suggestions, or others similar to them?

  • Change the missing mana restore to a lower valued max mana restore. (Right now, it really only does its job when you're below 50% mana, leaving you just about as vulnerable to invades/mana-starved in ganks as you used to be)
  • Increase the AP, perhaps by scaling it up after large monster kills. (Maybe +1 per large monster kill, with a cap of 10-30). (Currently, 40 ap is laughable and combined with Runeglaive's other inferior stats, it makes the item feel like wasted space late game)
  • Increase the AP ratio of the Spellblade passive. A 30% AP ratio makes the item by far the worst sheen item in the game. Giving the item a flat increase might make it too powerful early, but you could perhaps increase the AP ratio according to the number of large monster kills, just like the flat AP suggestion. (Maybe +1% per large monster kill, with a cap of +20% or 50% total, which is the same as Lich Bane.)

Runegliave feels underwhelming early, and like a flat out waste of an item slot late. Most all of the feedback I've seen thus far indicates that its undertuned, and I would agree based on my experience. Thanks for reading.
