Warrior, and after that if you are doing well then build another brutalizer. Vi loves brutalizers.

Usually Warrior is the better of the two if you mean to carry the team. Vi's more of a "high impact" champion instead of a more consistent damage dealer like an auto attack carry, and Warrior fits that better.

I highly recommend looking into Juggernaut though. Tenacity is boss on Vi, and if you (for example) camped a lane and it's snowballing/a lane is snowballing hard on its own, you can afford to switch to a more tanky set up and support the snowballing laner(s). Even the most fed ADCs will appreciate a strong and (more importantly) reliable front line, you know?
