So riot, wheres the conqueror and/or black cleaver buffs?

Both werent enough to bring tanks down or to make fighters relevant in competitive, conqueror needs its pbe nerfs reverted (ad back to 60 from 35) and cleaver needs to go back to 30% shred + old build path with + 15 AD and - 100 hp(caulfield hammer + phage).

Why am I not surprised to see your name when I click one of these threads, you post the trolliest craziest things, legit. I hate to be crass but I don't think you're part of the balance team for a very good reason.
