meanwhile Galio is allowed to charge an ability that will deal damage while having damage reduction in the meantime as well as ending up taunting you which is a basically a free way to hit passive/Q/E

Yeah but it doesn't make him unstoppable, so you can cc him and run or dash away.

Also it slows him so you can literally run out of it.
