depends what champ you play , if u play fiddles,you can clear the entire jungle + dragon without going back

Some junglers you're pretty much required to ignore them chickens in your first clear, unless you like getting raptored in your butt and having your disgrace broadcasted to the entire game. They are not for everybody it would seem, but more for junglers who have some form of inbuilt sustain like self-heal or that the jungler is primarily AoE based (champs like Malz may be an exception though, when played as jungler).
