garen is supposed to heal after fight /in fight
while volibear should regen alot with /without warmog fitting enough?

Nahui2 votesNope. Garen is a paragon of virtue and a stalwart bulwark of Demacia. He's meant to be the honorable knight that perseveres through all. He fights and fights, then as he rests he is fit to go right back in, never becoming fully expended until he's killed.
Volibear calls upon the fury of the storm to empower him in key moments, i.e his ult and passive.
