Does Riot have any plans to fix Darius' stats?

Why are we left with the toxic dregs of the Juggernaut update that is Darius? This waste of an updated champion has more stats than op.gg packed into his kit with massive damage and healing - all with zero skilled play. There is no champion more easy to be successful on than Darius. One simply has to get in range of his E, E>AA>W>Q and then laugh as he slowly kills anyone without an escape. He's a pentakill machine because once he's in range there is NO WAY to outplay him other than not letting him play via CC or just leaving. You cannot interact with him and win because the only way Riot could make a Juggernaut work is to overload them with stats because the core gameplay isn't healthy.

Let's recap. Darius has grossly over-inflated base stats, his passive is a bleed - free damage, and up to 200AD for literally existing, his Q can heal for up to 36% missing health, his E is an AOE hook which passively gives up to 25% armor pen - almost a free Black Cleaver for being able to click, and his ult is a resetting execute. How is any of this okay? The man gets more AD than most bruisers will ever build has his fucking passive. He gets a near Black Cleaver worth of shred as a passive, without any stacking. There is no reason for any champion to have this much power in their kit. The only reason to do this is because Darius would be useless unless Riot overloaded him with free stats to succeed. What they made was a skill-less champion with stats no one else can match that no one on equal footing can fight. Darius will win any matched fight because of the excessive stats in his kit.

Why is this okay? Why is no one complaining about this overloaded overly simple champion?
