Cause someone on their balance team plays Vi. RIP league balance I'm sure ghostcrawler plays Ahri, this champ that has been statistically pissing on every elo for months now never getting real changes. Don't worry GP/Fiora abusers Riot's balance team are buds with the reworkers so they aren't gonna be actually nerfing these champs for a while cause if they did it'd be like telling the ppl you have afternoon tea with everyday that they suck dick at their job and should fucking get a clue.

Random? Vi has been particularly weak in the current meta considering bruisers in general were weak. Ahri is just the hate of the month and reworks always need time to balance out.
