Question on What I Can Report

I had a troll in my game tonight. As a habit, when it's super apparent that this guy was being a dick, I go look at their match history. This was maybe the worst I'd seen, and I'm wondering if I can submit a ticket for this:

I get jungle. I play normally. He gets support, and goes Jax with Smite and proceeds to just jungle all game. I just went support and made the best of it (we did pretty well which makes it worse). At any rate, every game I can find in his match history, he's taken smite. At a certain point, I stopped looking because it was nuts.

There's no way he got jungle every single game, nor is he playing junglers, and he certainly shouldn't have done what he did in my match with him tonight - Can I submit a ticket on this?

Doubtful it will go anywhere, since he is not technically doing anything wrong (meta is not enforced), but if he was flaming or trolling at all, it is punishable.

Well what is trolling if not jungling while you're not the jungle?

If your team didn't agree to him taking smite and he did it against your team's wishes you should definitely able to report him for griefing.

Similar to the singed support thing, if he's doing something that's not actually supporting, and the team doesn't agree, it should be punishable.

For things like this you are better off putting in a support ticket for if you really want them punished.

Otherwise by using the in-game after match report they won't get justice for all the other games and will probably just get a flag and no actual punishment for that specific game.
