They are also working on the 3 news champion that should be released within 2 or 3 months as well as big skin releases. (Prob a lot of skins around worlds time)
They are working.
The balancing/changes are done.
You just have to wait prob around 2 months before it's done.
I'm not a Rioter and I cant say for sure but that seems likely when itll happen.

HA I am Shaco HA1 votestbf Shaco and Wukong are in the same state, they both need some sort of rework. Although Shaco's "rework" as you call it isn't really a rework. It'll be like a half revert.
