Is rek'sai in a good spot?

I very rarely see her and wonder if its because she's super weak

or is there more to her than I thought. Ive been told part of it is because she's super boring to play

I mean, I think she's a bit underpowered, but maybe that's just me. I guess she's just out of flavor.

She is a great initiate tank, but that's a decent amount of play to use correctly, if you miss your knock up you are just a meat shield

I think she's in a great spot right now. Currently I have a 67% winrate on her in 33 games in ranked. My KDA on her on average in ranked is 5.36:1. I think she's currently a great, yet underplayed champion. I personally have her as my comfort pick if I want to play, do well, but not worry about constantly outplaying the opponent like I do on Nidalee or Elise. Also, building damage on her is perfectly fine, and she has an amazing amount of burst. Although she has a low winrate, I would rate her top 5 non-devourer junglers.

She is fine. The problem is that there are too many EXTREMELY strong picks right now lol.

She is pretty weak but her early utility is so strong for organized play like in LCS that she has to be kept weak as to not be pick/ban every game.

Honnestly, I think that all junglers should be balanced around the point to where rek'sai is.

Problems are :

She is generally outclassed by a lot of junglers right now just because they are (imo) straight out broken. (because Riot's balance team just entered an era of "buff to make viable")
She can be easily kited by the era of marksman that is upon us.
She can't lock down most ADCs properly right now.

She's fine, just got a decent bit of power that's not so valuable in solo q but quite a bit more valuable in pro play (mostly vision stuff). As a result, she's always going to be a little bit on the weak side in normal games if she's not overtuned for pros.

That and I agree that people just don't find her fun to play. She's not really got much power outside of her knockup and her burrowed vision anymore.

I think the trick in the LCS is, they abuse her ult Simply to Hyperfarm. Get back to the Jungle quickly, get back to farming camps, gain a CS lead over your opposite number. (I think that's why she feels so weak. Riot sees Rek'sai getting massive CS leads as a result, and balances around that lead.)

Though this is a problem with many OP Junglers. Clear speed is the biggest factor in the Jungle simply for the gold and XP it gives you over your opponent. Which is why some of the Best Junglers have the best clears.
