I want to know^

TheCeeJay1 votesSometime during Patch 6.2, which is happening on Thursday. Likely his rework will hit live on Thursday and Jhin will be included in the patch but made available later on like Riot has been doing for most of the new champions.

Google, patch notes, i dunno. Go read.
TheCeeJay1 votesYes, tomorrow Thursday. Patch 6.2 is happening at 3:00 AM PST and should be down for 3 hours.
I would expect Shen to be available, new kit and all, once the patch is complete.
