@Medder, Regarding the Lethality changes for patch 7.2

What are the balance team's thoughts on ADC's using the Lethality build? ( ?

I understand that there was a balance issue last season with ADC's abusing the armpen build

Currently, champions like are forced to opt into this route because the crit build with and zeal item doesn't allow for them to really do much to the front line come mid game. The pen build gives more utility + pen scaling, allowing for them to actually do damage mid to late game.

I'm just curious as to what the balance team is thinking about this current relationship between ADC's, lethality and crit.
