Can we adjust dodge timer to allow us to avoid trolls without getting punished so harshly.

I dodge roughly 3-6 times a day. Out of those dodges 100% of them are due to champ select trolls. I do not dodge because a team comp isn't good. I dodge when players are harassing each other in champ select. I'm really frustrated that I'm the one who is punished for those who harass and troll in select and then I have to dodge.

If I dodge 6 times, I lose 2 hours and 36 mins of play time in just the dodge timer itself without even adding up the time in que and champ select for each of those. Why am I punished from League for avoiding trolls?

Can we please adjust the system to stack 5 min timers each dodge up to a maximum of 15? This way if I dodge 6 times it only adds up to 1 hour and 15 minutes?
