Why is the nicest chroma always available only in a bundle ?

I mean, I know why $$$$$$, but this is so obvious, it made me look at riot with disgust. I never buy chromas, but for winter wonder soraka, I thought I'd get the ruby one, since it gives me a christmasy feel. There's 5 chromas and ruby is only available in a bundle, which is fucking 1450 RP. So if I want a ruby chroma, Id basically pay for another skin, which I sure as hell won't do. This really bugged me, I know they want all the money they can get, but this is basically a scam.

The way I see it is Ruby Chroma is for the people who really like the skin and want to get the bundle/ or its for people who main a champ. I personally get all the chromas if I am thinking on buying chromas for a skin so getting an extra chroma does not hurt me. I do see that for people who want to pick 1 chroma and not all of them it might be a little frustrating Golden Chromas are rewards for doing events Ruby Chromas are exclusive to people who wants all the chromas and not just 1

I thought the ruby would be my favorite for the Raka one but actually the Amethyst is due to the differently light colors of her hair. They wanted the Ruby one to be more exclusive which is why it comes only in the bundle. I'm not sure how it's a scam. It's like the more expensive skins. Not everyone can afford it so it makes it more special.

its not a scam. usually each colour has a special feature on it. to me, its worth it sometimes. this time i actually purchased the bundle for Neeko and i have to admit, its way worth it. on her body, every colour, her markings are different. for example, the pink one, her markings are cute hearts! and another one, i think the rainbow? cant remember, her markings are pretty flowers. so i would imagine, the Soraka ones have special details too. the only thing that peeves me about the bundles is that the green is only a youtuber partner giveaway. lol
