why no one play ekko adc?

This looks like it's only 1 game of majority Silver players so : Low Elo Looking into your account I only see ONE instance of ADC Ekko : Possibly lucky? Looking into the game details I see that the mani source of damage was the Brand : Is it Ekko that's op or the Brand Support with the ~35k damage? In short, it's not enough information to follow your claim that Ekko adc is op if you've only tried it out once.

i did this also another game a while before and still won, can't access it in match history

i dont think i was lucky my whole team was feeding early game but i saved the game from ashes
