Would it be so bad to have J4's w scale with AP?

he's never ever ever ever ever going to build full ap so this is just for tri force/gauntlet's/dragon/baron.

currently the shield blocks 210+60 per nearby enemy champion. with ap scaling it could state something like: 210(+40% ap) +60(+10% ap) per nearby enemy champion.

need an excuse? his armor was nerfed, mainly in the early game, and this buff would only slightly affect his mid-late game so it even's out, and it's non existent without ap from items or baron(or taric I guess).
