@Riot : Rakan E Same Target Lock Out

So, been playing a lot of Rakan lately and, I know Im going to get flak for this, but can we add a .25 second lock out to Rakan casting his E on the same target? I am the spammy hyped up player that tries to cast it AS SOON as I get in range of an ally and I often end up wasting the second E. Yes, it is my fault, but it has no benefit because the shields dont stack and I just think it would be a QoL change. No harm done in really any scenario, nor it is really a buff. I just hate thinking I have my E still when I dont.
