His passive shield requires him to walk to get a small bit back while walking, or using E to get a little bit back at a time on each cast. Though it doesn't work like item 3102 's passive where it NEGATES one ability. It can mitigate damage if the damage EXCEEDS the size of his shield but it won't stop it from dealing damage unless its a weak damaging ability. Though now its "popped" and is a free target. So to say.

Yes... I managed to land ONE skillshot in about 30 seconds. He dodged a few by spamming his dash through minions, then I got lucky and nailed him with one but his passive shield soaked it. But it was ok, because that was bait to remove his shield so I could set him up for death with my next ability...

"FACE THE WIND!"

Oh right. And I ran myself out of mana just TRYING to harass him. His shield is back up now and unless I b to return with a full mana bar I can't spam my harass enough to get through all his anti-poke. He dodges, windwalls or just absorbs everything I toss his way. I have no power over this lane unless his smug @$$ gets cocky and does something really, REALLY stupid... OR unless I picked a champ specifically to counter Yasuo. (avoiding skill shot champs, of course)

But seriously, Yas is cancer. Remove wind wall and give it to a support champ. Give yas a new ability that better fits a melee carry and THEN he might be balanced and not the most obnoxious thing to fight ever.

I played against a scripting yasuo yesterday holy shit. He couldn't have made it more obvious either. -throws q as lux thats clearly gonna hit- he doesnt windwall at all. -about to use e- and he fucking windwalls before i even start the cast time. He literally never windwalls unless its my E. And when he does so, it's right at the start of the cast time lmfao. He even fucking blocked it through fog of war zzz

Veigar E -> W -> Q -> R... I did this recently... Didn't even get a CHANCE to use his Windwall. After the edge of Event Horizon stun, Q hit first to "break" his passive shield. Then the truck hit (W) followed by the Freight Train (R). Gone. We lost but it was a FUN game honestly.

Also as JustMyBassCannon said it can challenge you to get better with anticipating something like that Windwall and using other skills that bypass it like Veigar 's Dark Matter (since it falls straight down) to coax it out for a "free" Baleful Strike or Primordial Burst kill relatively soon.
